Case Study: Celebration Leadership Institute

Ministry Training School
Students that are serious about ministry leadership don’t always have the time or resources to receive customized, practical, and purposeful training. At Celebration Leadership Institute, we provide the specific training they need to be the high-level leader their church or community deserves.

Vision

To provide ministry leadership training without breaking the bank. Celebration Church’s goal is to provide leadership training for those interested in entering ministry vocationally. They want to provide top-notch leadership education without adding the stress of high financial burdens.

Action

We guided them through a purpose and positioning exercise to help them build out their new in-house leadership institution. We then helped them build a communication campaign to spread the word locally and fill the inaugural class.

Results

Celebration Church launched a new initiative. The goal was to get the information about the new program into the right hands and fill their first class in the fall. It was an overwhelming success!

Vision

Who They Help

They help anyone in their church and community interested in becoming a full time minister vocationally.

How They Are Different

Celebration Leadership Institute provides this education for a fraction of the cost compared to other similar organizations.

The Opportunity We Have

To equip faith-filled individuals in south Texas with the right resources and education so they are confident in their pursuit of the mission God has for them.

Action

Celebration Church was transitioning from the use of a third party education provider to an in-house operation. We took them through a Clarity of Purpose process that helped them understand who they are reaching and why.
In a Clarity of Message session, they took what they learned and created a clear marketing message so they can increase their enrollment for the upcoming semester.
We launched a media campaign from an automation platform and an email campaign to recruit students via automation tools. This was done in less than 90 days during the pandemic.

Results

The new school launched on time in the fall.
The result was a full class and a waiting list. (104% filled).
They also were able to fill 20% of the next semester before the initial class started.
